THE COMEBACK
This project is a renovation of a 9,000 square foot event space into the newest iteration of a Capitol Hill classic, R Place. This LGBTQIA+ space is designed to both provide space for extensive drag performances as well as host events and provide space before sporting events in the area. The project was completed in less than four months by utilizing existing structures that express the industrial nature of the neighborhood it is located in, SoDo.
